Application of Wellness Principles
This workshop is the capstone event in the Instructor Certification Program. We’ve designed the entire Yoga Calm Certification Program to prepare you for an uplifting workshop experience – and success in bringing Yoga Calm into your classroom, hospital or studio settings. You will be asked to lead your group in a 30 minute class plan based on one of the five Yoga Calm principles (Stillness, Listening, Grounding, Strength, Community). Reflection, feedback and collegial sharing processes will help create a safe, yet powerful learning environment. We will provide global feedback and additional training in teaching theme-based classes. And then, wrapping up the weekend will be a special session on how to develop your own business and promote your Yoga Calm classes for children, including a business starter kit.
