Looking for ways to help manage stress and improve sleep? Join us Wednesdays at 7pm on Zoom for a 30 minute yoga/mindfulness practice with ideas of ways you can take a break from worry and learn movement to help with strength and strategies to help with rest. Adolescent Wellness Sessions — 30 minute Simple breathing, movement and rest practices are modeled using both chair and mat options to provide support once adolescents have been discharged. Sessions are offered via password protected Zoom meetings and provide simple self-regulation strategies for youth to manage stress; big emotions; improve focus and sleep.Classes start July 8 (Wednesdays at 7pm) and run until August 12. First session is free, $40 for 5 classes or $10 per class.
